Cooly Gym in Coolangatta offers a variety of fitness classes from Functional classes through to Yoga and Pilates to Circuits, Boxercise and HIIT, to name just a few.  All our instructors are fully qualified, friendly and ready to make training a fun and rewarding part of the day.

Our group fitness classes are for everyone, from young to seniors and you don’t have to be superfit.  However, if you are looking for something to challenge you or need to shake up your regular routine we have more intense classes to suit.
